I have recently been working on a new website called TuneRat.com
Essentially, it works like i-tunes, but it's geared for the "unsigned" artist. It's a home for artists who don't have a retail outlet for their music. Whether they have never had a record deal or if they had a record deal in the past. My partners Jason Sheer and Matt Beecher and I saw a real need for a place on the web that catered to artists who don't necessarily want to follow the typical path to artistic success. At TuneRat.com you basically have your own record label. Your songs are made available to the entire world for 99 cents/download.
Also, Tunerat.com features an online magazine full of articles and interviews from industry insiders. You can get all the information you need to get to the next step.
